~ II. A. 13. THE BLOOD IN THE WATERS ANSWERS THE DAY THOU SHALT SURELY DIE ~

~ Docket: Revelation 16:14–1 / Genesis 2:17 ~

**ORDER IN LIMINE CONCERNING MIRACULOUS PROOF, PAIN-BORN SPEECH, REPRESENTATIVE WATER, AND THE SEALED GENESIS PROHIBITION: An order in limine governs evidence at the threshold, before disputed matter can enter and train the proceeding to remember what it has not heard. The Court therefore orders Revelation to descend from 16:14 through 16:1 without anticipatory repair from any lower verse, and Genesis 2:17 to remain sealed until Revelation’s vial record has completed its appointed descent. The chapter title may identify the controversy; it may not testify to the tree, the prohibition, the day, the eating, the causal relation, or the promised death. The permanent scar left by Moral Injury remains a condition of hearing, not an oracle available for recall. Dispossession has completed its self-substantiation and shall not be made to perform terror whenever counsel lacks an argument. Moral Law remains the uncreated formative coherence by which this order can be moral; it is not a code, witness, exhibit, or weapon of the Court. Miracles shall prove occurrence, capacity, or persuasive effect according to evidence, never character merely by astonishment. Pain may testify to bodily condition, imposed force, narrowed capacity, injury, warning, or consequence, but no party may make a cry authenticate the hand that caused it. Repentance, blasphemy, glory, and refusal shall be examined as acts within formation rather than costumes of predetermined identity. Dragon, Beast, False Prophet, spirits, Angels, Kings, Earth, World, Euphrates, Darkness, Tongues, Sun, Altar, Saints, Prophets, Blood, Waters, Man, Garden, Cain, Abel, God, Author, Reader, and Court remain separately callable. A collective noun shall not convict its inhabitants by grammar. A heavenly title shall not exempt a proposition from exact hearing. Cain may expose manipulation without converting influence into acquittal. Screwtape may state a true limit without converting demonic office into innocence. The clerk has left no blank for a new precedent, the Court has commissioned none, and the manuscript claims no foreknowledge of one. If the record produces more than the Court ordered, every party will meet it when it exists. Until then, no anticipated rule may be smuggled backward and called revelation.**

“The scar has made the Court capable of hearing pain without mistaking pain for either innocence or consent.”
